Part A

What Happens to Your Files

This section covers your documents specifically — what happens to the actual file you upload or process. It's separate from how we handle your visit to the website itself, which is covered in Part B below.

1. Client-Side Processing — Your Documents Stay on Your Device

• Our client-side PDF tools (merge, split, compress, sign, convert, protect, unlock, and Batch Compress/Batch Sign) process your files directly in your browser. The file is never uploaded to our servers — there is no transmission step for these tools at any point.
• Files processed by client-side tools remain in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
• We do not keep copies of PDFs, images, Word files, or any converted documents.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Across our free tools and Batch Compress/Batch Sign, we do NOT collect:

• Document contents
• Uploaded PDFs or any file data
• Personal identity information
• Location data
• IP addresses linked to files
• Login or account information (no account required)

3. The One Exception: Document Insights

Document Insights works differently from every other tool on this site, and we want that difference stated plainly rather than glossed over:

• Document Insights sends your document's text to a third-party AI service to generate its analysis. This is the only tool on this site where your file's content is transmitted anywhere — every other tool, free or premium, keeps your file entirely on your device.
• This is disclosed clearly on the Document Insights page itself, before you use it — not just here.

4. Payments for Premium Tools

Premium tools (Document Insights, Batch Compress PDF, Batch Sign PDF) are billed per credit. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or payment details ourselves. For Batch Compress and Batch Sign specifically, only the credit check touches our server; your files still never do.

Part B

Your Visit to This Website

This section is unrelated to your files — it covers ordinary website analytics, cookies, and the third-party tools embedded on our pages, the same way almost any website works.

5. Basic Usage Data

To improve our service, we may collect non-personal information such as:

• Browser type
• Device type
• Anonymous usage statistics
• Tool performance metrics

This data cannot identify you and is unrelated to anything in your files.

6. Cookies

We may use basic cookies for website performance and anonymous traffic analytics. No cookie we use tracks personal information or has any access to uploaded or processed files.

7. Third-Party Services We Actually Use

The following third-party services are embedded on this site:

• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage tracking.
• Elfsight — powers the chat widget and customer review widget you may see on our pages.
• Razorpay — processes payments for premium tools (see Part A, Section 4).
• Google AdSense (if enabled) — may display ads on this site.

None of these services have access to your documents or their contents. Their access is limited to ordinary website usage data — the kind any website with analytics, a chat widget, or ads would share.

8. Security

• All traffic to this site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• For client-side tools, your files do not leave your device for processing, so we do not receive or store the files.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.
