2. Description of Service

The Site provides:

• Free tools — merge, split, compress, sign, convert, and other PDF utilities that process files entirely within your browser.
• Premium tools — Document Insights (AI-powered document analysis), Batch Compress PDF, and Batch Sign PDF, available on a pay-per-credit basis with no subscription.

We may add, modify, or discontinue individual tools at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Process content that is illegal, infringes on others' intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems, including our credit/payment infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Site's tools without our written permission

4. Premium Tools, Credits & Payments

Premium tools are billed per credit, with pricing displayed on each premium tool's page at the time of purchase. Credits are tied to the code issued at purchase and do not expire.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or full payment details ourselves. All sales of credits are final; we do not offer refunds for credits already issued, except where required by applicable law.

5. AI-Powered Features

Document Insights uses a third-party AI service to generate its analysis. Your document's text is sent to that service for this purpose only. This is the sole exception to our otherwise fully browser-based, local processing — disclosed here and on the tool's own page before you use it.

AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or academic judgment.

6. No Warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Page PDF Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools — including loss of data, since all free-tool processing happens locally on your own device and outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, logo, and original content are owned by One Page PDF Converter. You retain full ownership of any documents you process using our tools — we do not claim any rights over your files or their content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
